PEC Upgrade

Applications to the Harbourmaster must be made in writing to upgrade a PEC for recognition of different vessels or PEC areas.

Evidence must be provided at the time to ensure requirement for the upgrade can be met.

Evidence will be in the form of trip records and an assessment by a licensed pilot.

An upgrade can only be achieved with a valid Certificate of Competence.
