DPC advisory board

The Darwin Port Corporation Act provides for the establishment of an Advisory Board consisting of not more than seven members. Constituted by the Chief Executive Officer, who is also a member of the Board, the Advisory Board members are appointed by the Minister for Infrastructure for a period of up to three years.
